For best results, cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
Oven 180oC, 356oF
22-26 Minutes
Oven: Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven for the time specified above. Adjust time accordingly for fan assisted ovens. Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Deep Fry: Place required amount of Fillets into the fryer basket and carefully lower into the hot oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
