Re-Heat or Cook from Frozen
Oven Bake Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/ 425°F/ Gas Mark 7. Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray
at the centre of the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Always ensure the product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Deep Fry Pre-heat oil to 170°C/ 325°F. Fully immerse the chicken breasts into the oil and fry for
18-22 minutes. Drain and serve. Always ensure the product is piping hot and cooked
throughout before serving.
Thaw & Eat Thoroughly defrost the chicken breasts in a refrigerator overnight. keep refrigerated, use
within 48 hours.
If re-heating from defrost adjust heating time accordingly.
